What brought you here?

When something shifts – even if life looks fine on the outside

From the outside, things may look fine. But inside, something has shifted.

Unsettled, low or quietly overwhelmed. Disconnected from yourself or unsure who you are now. Or troubled by a sense that things aren’t quite right.

There isn’t always a clear reason. Sometimes it’s just a feeling that something needs attention. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect and begin to make sense of what’s going on.

Therapy for women

I work with women, often in midlife. who are used to managing a lot. Work, relationships, family, responsibilities.

Is that me?

This isn’t about quick fixes.

It’s about taking the time to understand yourself more fully — including the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

Over time, this can lead to a different relationship with yourself and your life.

My approach is psychodynamic. That means we look together at how your past experiences and relationships may be shaping how you feel and live now — often in ways that aren’t immediately obvious.

I offer a space that is calm, grounded and non-judgemental — somewhere you can think, feel and speak freely.

My background

Alongside my work as a therapist, I have over 35 years’ experience as an organisational consultant and executive coach.

I’ve worked extensively with professionals and leaders, and understand the pressures and expectations that come with working life — and how these can shape how we feel about ourselves.

I’m also someone who has lived through many of life’s transitions — change, loss, growth, shifting roles.

I bring all of this into my work to offer something that is both professionally grounded and human.

What therapy can do for you

Therapy can be a place where:

  • you don’t have to hold everything together
  • you can speak openly, without judgement
  • you can begin to understand feelings that may be unclear or difficult to name
  • patterns in your life and relationships can be explored
  • something new can begin to emerge

For many people, this is not a quick process, but one that unfolds over time.

I offer both short-term and longer-term work, with many people choosing to stay for a deeper exploration.
